Reflection

Damien Hirst used resin and real dead flys to create this work called 'Destruction'. In this work Hirst exercises the theme of death and after life as shown by using real dead fly, it is quite discussing to see lots of dead flys mushed together on a Canvas but it is a representation of the reality of nature.

I also will be taking a similar path to express Entomophobia (fear of insects), using real dead flies would be would be great revolting feeling but I will not be using real life dead insects because I personally think I would not be able to put it together due to my phobia, so alternative I will be using fake insects which is more affordable and less repulsive.
